Tower Digital was founded in 1999 by Chris Musgrove under the name eTower Group, a break-fix IT provider helping small businesses resolve technology problems as they came up. Amy Vicentini joined the team in 2001, bringing a focus on client experience and service delivery that has shaped how Tower Digital operates to this day.
As technology evolved, so did the needs of small businesses. Security, compliance, cloud services, and business continuity became increasingly important. Phil Henslee joined the leadership team and helped guide the company’s transition into the modern, security-focused organization it is today.
